I only need <100 messages/week. Would be great if I fit within a free tier. Good typescript SDK is a big plus for easy integration. Ideally easy to see replies / have a two-way conversation in some dashboard

It absolutely is not Twilio, but I haven't seen a good competitor. The product is insanely complex, the UI is confusing at best, and the support leaves so much to be desired. It might work better for a super small scale like you need but 🤷
