Iโm considering it too but worried about 24 gigs being enough. Also possible throttling for e.g. rust builds or whatever

Nice! It is a world of difference. I have a personal M1 13" MB Air and, for work, an M1 16" MB Pro. I'd be tempted to get the 15" Air but I don't use my personal MB much.
