The Dune API seems to return inconsistent `result_metadata` objects for different endpoints In `/v1/execution/{execution_id}/status`, `column_types` is an empty array. But in `/v1/execution/{execution_id}/results` for the same execution id, it returns the expected result cc @ilemi
