My attempt at latte art, inspired by the nautilus shell.

Randomly chose a ramen joint in Sapporo.  
Learned it had a Michelin star.
It was earth-shattering good.

What's your favorite variety of mango?
For me, haden mangos = heaven.
They make a sublime mango tart, with a touch of minced ginger

Shout out to Teocalli Taco of Crested Butte, where I first encountered the double wrap taco shell (flour tortilla on the outside, crunchy corn on the inside, with a "glue" layer between them of guac or sour cream.  
Game changer.
