the simplest thing i can think of that i did a few months ago, towards following the advice below was to delete netflix, prime video and discord from my phone. swapped discord with @warpcast on the homescreen.

how’s IG going? best decision i made was having the willpower to not ever scroll or watch stories. under 5 minutes daily = replying to DMs or writing posts

IG is a hit or miss for me. i haven’t used it much since end of jan but the beginning of the year i used it a lot bc i was in a very shitty place and doom scrolling reels was easier than facing reality. the only reason i use it is bc friends DM me there. but i think i’m very close to deleting it from my phone.
