*Not a replacement for a lawyer*, but I've found dropping a legal agreement into ChatGPT or Claude with the following prompt makes a call with your actual lawyers (who are billing you by the minute) far more efficient.

This works to a certain extent. All Force Majeure clauses were "standard" until COVID happened & then everyone needed specific clauses to get them out.

Mutal Confidentiality is "standard" in tech but you would never want that level of liability in pharma.

I do agree on using GPT to have a list to talk about though.
