I’ve seen this way too many times. An ex: a brand that I really enjoy their products. Early on they partnered with a creator. This person had zero insight into the clientele, what type of stories would resonate.

I was so amped on their product & had been familiar with the clientele bc I was one of those ppl for over 20 years. I decided to make content for people like me but w/ a web3 twist. And it worked! I converted at least 10 users of my small little community into their customers & they’ve all gone to spend a ton. I know bc we chat all that time about it.

Meanwhile their paid creator was fumbling with how to get set up, understanding the clientele, and all in all I don’t think they use the product anymore bc I don’t see them talking about the product but I still do 😂

creators are charging $10k-$20k+ for a few videos

even if they get only a few thousand impressions per tweet

WHY ARE BRANDS PAYING THIS MUCH
