I 100% didn't carefully read the notifications documentation (my bad), and I realize now that I needed to capture individual user tokens during the "Add Frame" event. Is my understanding of this wrong?

Since we already have a signature in the frames manifest, would it be possible to simply allow frame developers to get a list of all users that have their frame added and notifications on AND send notifications to those users, without requiring capture and storage of tokens?

The old Oxalis stump has lush branches and leaves, but it doesn’t bloom. However, it still looks pretty!

I view this as a subtle extrapolation of the freemium software model. 

Like YouTube, you can use it for free,   But they will also show you ads and try to sell you stuff. 
Or you can pay and use the product with (less) manipulation.

AI models will be more or less aligned with your interests based on pricing tiers.
