Today was a stark reminder that, no matter how much you contribute or how valuable you believe you are, companies often see you as easily replaceable.

It’s deeply disheartening to witness more people being let go—especially for the second time this year, and even more so when they’re people I’ve grown to care about.

I’m grateful to have art as a refuge from all the chaos at work.

Some I have. But it’s just not the same when the people you talk with at the office are not there. It’s not as fun. Plus, they took out working at home 😭
