Problem: Those who collect POAPs usually start doing so with the most available address, typically MetaMask or another address they began using when they were not familiar with web3. This is often an insecure address, where the seed phrase has been exposed to various browsers and applications. Eventually, they decide to create a new seed phrase to store their money and important items like NFTs. At this point, they realize that migrating POAPs to this new address is complicated. There are no wallets that allow this, and you need gas on Gnosis Chain, a network hardly anyone uses. However, POAP is the most popular protocol for NFTs at events and token-gated experiences, so people keep collecting them. Migrating POAPs is a real problem for many people. Solution: We can create a simple website to migrate your POAPs to our web3 wallet. This ensures that the user migrates something important related to their personal history to our wallet, increasing the likelihood they will continue using it in the future. There are two scenarios to cover here: 1. The user has the POAPs in an EOA. In this case, we should gift $0.01 XDAI to the user's EOA so they can migrate their POAPs. 2. The user has POAPs in an email. POAPs can be collected with an email, which is why they are the favorite NFTs of corporations. These POAPs don't actually exist on the blockchain, but POAP has an API for users to claim and mint these POAPs to an address in the future. This API is exclusively for POAP, but I they could grant access to this API I suppose.

Possible Partnership with /safe I thought of building this for SAFE in the next ETH Global to compete for a grant. SAFE is interested in having more users with a Smart Account. Deploying a Smart Account does not guarantee users will continue using it, but if they transfer POAPs when they create it, SAFE could be interested in paying for the deployment gas on all supported networks (which they normally do not subsidize) and also paying for the gas to migrate the POAPs.
