Managed to avoid free flow beer at an event last night. Not sure if that counts as avoiding sugar tho. 

My friends are looking at me weird since I've never refused beer. 😂

That's somewhat sad. Travelling but you cannot enjoy the full experience of that certain country, all those traditional italian desserts. 😩

Going home already? Holidays end too fast. 

I think I can manage my alcohol intake, but I don't think I can fully stop consuming alcohol. It's just too good. 😂😂

Even if I try, I don't think I can stop completely. 😅 Alcohol taste great especially with great company. 

That's great! I was a heavy drinker, but now not so much. We're on the right track. 🙌
