Genetics isn’t simple. I wanted to be a geneticist once but when I learned genetics I gave up 🤣 Genes have penetrance and expressivity, which can explain why A+ and A- blood types can’t have an AB+ kid, but also why two dark-eyed people can have a baby with light-colored eyes.

I’ve studied it 7 years and still can’t get enough hehehehe There’s no end of the road in science. It’s a funnel, the deeper you go, the less you realize you know..

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Tbh I got approved in 7 alternatives of BS and choose the one that would likely make me the poorest 🤣🤣🤣🤣 My goal was to get a nobel. And I was omw. But there’s lots of intelligence types, don’t feel bad for not having this one!! Genetics is hard. I feel dumb when i think about it.

I must say that I'm very impressed by this. Oh well, the heart wants what it wants. Follow the heart, right? Money will follow eventually. I like the fact that you aim so high. Never in my mind to think that I wanna get a nobel prize. 😂 I dream big, but that's too big for my shoulders to carry. 2 $degen

My dream was to find a way to stop malaria parasite from entering rbc 🥺 I have so much trust in my capacity i could bet on this rn 🤣 Probably just another big dream… But dreaming is half way doing it, right? It’s gone now but i still do some independent research. Just for the pleasure of finding answers.

I guess that's alright, nothing wrong with dreaming big. You should be proud that you are still dreaming big even with a family and kid/s. That pleasure of finding answers is what drives us, and also it's fun when you like that specific topic.
