Wearing appropriate clothes and shoes Wear comfortable and comfortable clothing. It is important to use standard sneakers. 5. Specify the target Before you start, determine the purpose of your exercise (such as focusing on weight loss, endurance, or muscle building) to better plan. 6. Check the body's condition If you feel tired, dizziness or weakness, rest to your body or delay exercise.
