Mino Games, a gaming company, has announced that its independent card game Dimensionals will fully transition from Web3 to Web2, dropping its previous use of blockchain technology and NFT integration. This decision comes after the project faced significant challenges, including bot fraud, DDoS attacks, and shifts in the NFT market, all of which contributed to a steep decline in revenue. Since its inception, Mino Games has raised over $35 million from prominent venture capital firms, including a16z, SYBO Games, Y Combinator, and Standard Crypto.
