It's the button between Like and Watch on any cast.

10 warps per cast. I think there's a daily or hourly limit you can tip out in total.

You can also directly send 100 warps to anyone with a message once a day.

Apple allows for the native token Warps so that is the primary exchange atm. If you hold Warps you can tip on casts and more recently mint in frames without leaving the platform.
