Don't know Danny Ryan at all but I do think the EF needs a shake-up. They accomplished amazing things with a Swiss-neutral politically correct/inclusive approach, but the world has changed dramatically and rapidly and a more aggressive approach is needed now.

Huge news in Coinbase's fight against the SEC! The district court granted interlocutory appeal on the key issue of whether digital asset transactions in secondary markets are subject to the securities laws. The Second Circuit will now have the chance to declare the SEC wrong.

Apple Intelligence is one of the most overhyped and truly worthless rollouts in tech history unless i'm missing something, it seems absolutely useless. i cannot discern any real difference in Siri which is really 80% of what i wanted

Most people inside and outside of crypto are not adversarial thinkers and honestly for a functioning society/ecosystem, they shouldn't have to be. This is why we have nation state military's to protect us and why we strive for decentralization of everything in crypto.

The EF could fund a new Ethereum growth institution to handle the urgently needed activities it's unable or unwilling to provide. This would free them up to focus on what they do best, and everyone would see how amazing they are again.

look, idk who's buying all this ETH could be institutions playing catch-up with their BTC positions but if this is mostly retail just accumulating, then that's insane and during the peak periods of this bull, i fully believe we'll see a trend shift where ETH regularly outpaces
