🔮 the year is 2026, on a bright sunday in june... glo dollar is now an established stablecoin, with $227m in market cap: • glo generates $9m in yearly zero-cost public goods funding • usdglo is worth $40m on @celo. donating $133k+ to @celopg / month • @gitcoin holds $3m in usdglo, generating $120k in free gitcoin rounds matching funds per year • 30 orgs have followed @giveth's lead in paying salaries in usdglo • yesterday you saw someone flash their glo credit card in a restaurant • $6m in glo dollar is being lent out on @pwndao • @ensdao has recently increased its usdglo holding to $5m, generating $200k/year for ENS PGs • a big US bank just bought $10m usdglo as part of their esg strat. their usdglo holding generates ~$400k for @GiveDirectly per year --- june 2026 could look like this—but it won't happen on its own. 🍄 help make it a reality by: • swapping a part of your treasury into usdglo • getting paid in usdglo instead of usdc/fiat • building w glo dollar
