basically you throw even amount of moxie and ETH into a pool. and then you earn the trading fees. since there is so much trading going on and not many other people in the pool, the rewards are probably really high. the downfall is you lose out on some of that price gain if moxie starts to pump.

yes exactly. you earn your share of the fees collected relative to the money in the pool. im pretty sure the fee is .3% on every single trade.

well. if the pool got exploited/drained youd lose it all. thats probably pretty unlikely. the main risk is impermanent loss. your job is to provide liquidity so people can trade in and out of the tokens. that means if moxie moons, you gonna miss out on alot of that price gain. and if moxie dumps really hard, the lp is going to shift and your gonna and up with a ton of moxie and like no eth when you withdraw. the LPs dream is the price to just go sideways, or the 2 assets to appreciate/depreciate at the same rate while volume goes up. that way they have less imperm loss while getting high rewards

@wetsocks.eth basically you are selling moxie when price goes up and you are buying when price goes down, thats how the LP shifts back and forth. so if moxie rips, youd just be left with eth. and if it dumps, you gonna be left with all moxie. and then plus your rewards on top
