Any one in the startup ecosystem has probably seen this in some way or another, but the data is clear. Startups are having a harder and harder time raising Series A.

Makes sense, part of the market cycle. Some Seed startups have not grown into their inflated valuations from the past cycle and also Series A benchmarks have simply become more stringent (i.e 1M ARR with decent growth and NDR doesn't cut it anymore).
