You get borsch, dumplings, home-made preserves, and treats. In Ukraine, a guest is a holy person, and he must be fed. 🔷Humor is like a weapon Ukrainians can always joke. We all communicate every day in /sense and even more often than with our relatives😄😄 so we have become close and should meet in real life 🫶🏻

You’re absolutely right dear ! I talk to my cousins maybe one time a year and feel like I really don’t even know them well. To be honest, I feel much closer in spirit with the people I communicate with every day here ! We celebrate victories together, and share the pain of defeat together ( the market 😆 ) and the bonds become even closer than family. Years ago when my youngest stepson did something that he shouldn’t have we would take away his Xbox so he couldn’t play Halo with his online friends and he would get so upset and say “ those are my friends “ . 😅 Of course we told him those are not “ real friends “ , you need friends in real life. I’ve reflected on this, and come to realize that at 60 years old, I’m no different than he was at 15 because honestly, my best friends are online. 🥹❤️❤️❤️
