Hi guys! Some feedback on the form @optimism @ccarella.eth 

- Form is missing dimension guidelines for the 'Cover image'
- Missing guidelines on description length
- Farcaster links should give you a field for both User/Channel
- more guidance on how onchain metrics are used - we're developing both an app and are minting NFTs - unclear what path is best for us to choose.
