This solution also makes many people hold 100k+ degen because it creates a reason to buy more beyond 10k other than speculative reasons

So there would be a massive increase in demand and holding, and there would only be 33% of monthly tips produced compared to now

The problem they want to solve is there being way more supply then demand 

The solution they are going for will indeed reduce supply, it will however also massively reduce demand 

My solution would probably make a lot of people buy or hold 10 times more from their airdrop, the second part reduces tips printed by 66%

This is a fairly difficult problem gig fam bcos I think there is a fixed allocation to ecosystem community and since they drawn quite a bit for first three seasons, it will quite quickly consume the full Allo if they dont taper it significantly now. But Ur point on staking definitely a good one, skin in game thing

Isn’t there other reasons people would want to be here? There’s a lot of cool stuff that can be built and I still find this way better than discord. Building an online presence that can go around the blockchain with you seems like it’s worth a lot.

I think everyone should be able to stake and earn some kind of multiplier the longer they stake for. The end of the season, get a small distribution based amount staked. 

Maybe less decay on allowances through staking each season? Vs those who decide to unstake will have to work harder.

Staking more degen to get more allowance is kind of bad. I mean, so many people could not afford to hold 10k. How can they stake more? this way, the people with more money & followers are getting bigger. Maybe they could add something to balance this out, like if you tip more, you get a lower allowance the next day?
