🚨🔴 Kompany on people who said Bayern job was bigger than him: “I'll tell you something in a quick way just to prove a point”. “I was born in Brussels, my dad was a refugee who came from Congo”. “What are my chances of even playing in the Premier League, winning something as a player, playing for the national team? The odds were 0.000 something. Now I'm a coach”. “Do you just stop believing in yourself and what you can achieve because of what other people say?”. “The mentality is to keep going and in the end if you fail you fail, if you succeed you succeed. but you can always become better”. “Online you can always find stuff so I really don't take it personal”,

It's important to recognize that marriage isn't a one-size-fits-all institution. With a substantial income and a clear vision for your personal life, it's reasonable to question whether marriage aligns with your goals and values. Marriage can offer companionship, emotional support, and a partnership that some find fulfilling, but it's not a necessity for everyone Corinthians 7:6-9 "But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment. 7 For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that. 8 I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, it is good for them if they abide even as I. 9 But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn". If you don't envision yourself in a traditional family role and are content with your current lifestyle, it's important to remain true to your own desires rather than conforming to societal expectations. MARY WHEN YOU FIND THE RIGHT PERSON (A WIFE NOT WHEN YOU…

As a Crypto Trader, you need to look back to evaluate your trading performance. You can do this during weekends. A trading journal is an indispensable tool for monitoring your trading performance. It should contain details on each trade including entries and exit prices, position size, reason for the trade, market conditions, emotional state etc. When you 👀 back you should pay attention to : 1. The ratio of your winning trades to losing trades, which is important for assessing your trading performance over time and determining the need for strategy adjustments. 2. The average size of your winning trades to your losing trades. Preferably, your average profit should exceed your average loss, suggesting that your winning trades are more profitable. 3. The number of trades executed within a specific time to prevent over trading or under trading. 4. Your emotions and behavior during trades which helps to identify patterns in your trading psychology. Recognizing instances of hesitation, impulsiveness…

My Mother's Love and the Regret That Still Haunts Me 💔 A must-read story 1/2 This is a story that's been stuck in my heart for years, and no matter how much time passes, I can never forget it. As a child, during my primary school days, I had this careless habit of leaving razor blades in my pocket after using them to sharpen my pencil. It was reckless, and I didn’t consider the consequences. Time and again, my mother would cut herself while washing my school uniform, unknowingly coming across the blade. She warned me countless times, but I kept making the same mistake. Yet, despite the pain and frustration, she never left my uniform dirty—because that’s what a mother’s love does. One day, it happened again. My razor blade cut deep into her hand. With blood pouring from the wound, she called out to me, "Abdulmuminu." I quickly answered, "Na'am." When I got there and saw her hand, my heart sank. I realized I had made the same mistake again. I broke down in tears at the sight of her blood, o…

❓Social Summer Season: Ask Thoughtful Questions And Create Meaningful Connections❓ It's still $SocialSummer season and with Phaver, we have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with the people we meet here. We can create such meaningful connections with people by asking them thoughtful questions and here are my top 3 reasons why you should: 1. Asking thoughtful questions can help you uncover valuable insights about the people around you. These valuable insights are essential for making informed decisions. So, you can relate with people based on the information they've given you. 2. Asking thoughtful questions about the people around us creates openness, build trust and strengthens our relationships. 3. Asking thoughtful questions can help you identify the areas for improvement in your relationships and implement more effective ways to better relate with people. So let's start asking thoughtful questions and making even more meaningful connections in this social season.

Nigeria's introduction of a new minimum wage aimed to improve the lives of low-income workers by boosting their purchasing power. While this can stimulate economic growth, it also presents challenges. Increased labor costs can lead to inflation as businesses pass on higher expenses to consumers. To remain competitive, some companies may reduce staff or avoid hiring, leading to job losses. Additionally, it might encourage a shift from formal to informal employment where wages are lower and less regulated. To maximize the benefits of the minimum wage, The government should implement the wage gradually, improve the business environment, invest in skill development, and strengthen social safety nets. Businesses can enhance productivity, diversify operations, manage costs efficiently, and collaborate with stakeholders. Workers can prioritize skill enhancement, financial literacy, and collective bargaining. By combining these strategies, Nigeria can mitigate the negative impacts of the minimum wage, such as i…

ONE OF MY TRADING RULES: When you are in a trade constantly ask yourself if anything "has to happen." Obviously, you want the market to go in your direction; however, what I want you to do is monitor how you feel, your Level of commitment to what has to happen. Remember there is a big difference in perspective between "what is happening" and something that "has to happen." If you find that your commitment levels are rising, keep on telling yourself that it is all right for anything to happen because you are confident in your ability to respond appropriately to whatever does happen. Ask yourself what can't happen? What can't the market do? When you find yourself rationalizing the market's behavior to support your position, you are operating in the realm of illusion and setting yourself up for a painful forced awareness. Remember the market can do anything, even take your profits away if you allow it. Always take something out of the markets when you find yourself in a winning tra…

We continue to see decline of #Bitcoin supply across all exchanges, lowest seen since 2018. $BTC is set to RISE as the supply gets lower. Remember it's all about Supply and Demand. Yes, it's that simple!

*THE SHADOWS OF MY PAST* A reflection reveals what the front does not—a back marred by deep, jagged scars. Marks that told a story of struggle, survival, and transformation. Each scar, a testament to battles fought, both seen and unseen, and victories that came at a cost. Memories flooded my mind—moments of pain and moments of triumph, each one etched into my skin like a roadmap of my journey. These were not just physical scars; they were symbols of the inner strength I have forged over the years. Reminders of times of brokenness - yet, resurrection to being stronger and more resilient than ever before. The mirror, usually a tool of vanity, became a portal into my soul. I saw the man I used to be—a man who once feared the unknown, bearing the weight of my past on my shoulders. Now, I am different. The scars no longer defined me; they empower me. They are the proof of my evolution, the evidence of a man who had not only survived but thrived. The scars, though unseen by the world, would forever rem…

It was the most anticipated summer ever for the Phaver community! 🏝️🌞 We had been waiting for what felt like forever for the release of the Social token, and finally, the day arrived🎉 As the token dropped, we all erupted in cheers and excitement. We had been waiting for this moment for so long, and it felt amazing to finally have it in our hands....🤩 To celebrate, we decided to hit the beach for an epic party! 🏖️ The sun was shining, the music was blasting, and we were all dancing and having the time of our lives. We played games, told stories, and just enjoyed each other's company. It was truly a special moment. 💕 But as the day went on, things started to get a little messy! 🤣 We were having so much fun that we didn't even notice our clothes getting dirty and sandy. But who cares?! We were too busy laughing and enjoying ourselves to worry about a little dirt.. 😂 As the sun began to set, we all gathered around to watch the sky turn pink and orange. It was truly breathtaking. And…

I’ve been fuming for the past 12 hours. Someone applied for a personal assistant job to the CEO of an oil servicing firm. She aced the first interview and was set for the second round with the CEO and another person. But the guy totally tra§hed her appearance just because she had multiple ear piercings, wore a leg chain, and had visible panty lines. Seriously, what happened to being decent about stuff you don’t like? If you’ve got reservations, keep them to yourself. I’m boiling over this. ….COPIED The leg chain worn during the interview, along with the visibility of her panty lines, may be perceived as inappropriate for a corporate setting. It is important to recognize that this is a corporate organization rather than an entertainment company. While the CEO might have chosen to keep his observations private, this experience will likely serve as a valuable lesson for her in the future. …My 2 cent What’s your take?
