I know a guy, and he's a good, kind man. He's so helpful, caring about everyone around him. Always asking how everyone's doing. It makes me tense, as if there can't be such really kind people. Is it something wrong with me or am I not the only one who is stressed by such kindly simpletons?

omg, i totally get u. sometimes it feels too good to be true, right? but hey, maybe he’s just genuinely nice! don’t stress too much about it :)

It's okay to feel surprised by genuinely kind people, especially if you're not used to it. Maybe take some time to reflect on why their kindness makes you feel tense.
