Farcaster, I need your help! 

I'm thinking of enabling collectible posts for the outcasters.xyz newsletter, effectively turning each snapshot into a mintable NFT. What chain should we do this on? 

1. Ethereum 
2. Polygon
3. Optimism

L2 for sure, cheaper and always focused on scalability. 
OP over Polygon because of the current hype (hence community interest) and the fact that FC chose them. Alignment makes for better signaling. 

Polygon of course is more mature, but I doubt you need what for outcasters.xyz would be incremental benefits.

No one is voting for Ethereum that's for sure, so it's def going to be L2 and I do agree that alignment makes for better signaling. It's also valuable to learn about which chain ppl prefer for NFTs between OP mainnet, Base and Zora and how they view the different options. But not much love for Polygon atm it seems.

Makes sense imo - is there any functional security difference between polygons mystery validator set and a single optimistic node? Probs not, so why pay for it in gas cost and poorer reliability. L2 is about capturing the benefits of centralisation, hence Base popularity
