How to make Afghani Manto , ur finna like this one 😏😏
1.Dough: Mix 2 cups flour, ½ tsp salt, and ½ cup water; knead and rest for 30 mins
2. Filling: Combine 500g ground beef/lamb, 1 chopped onion, minced garlic, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, salt, and pepper
3.Shape Dumplings: Roll out dough, cut into 3-4 inch pieces, add filling, and seal.
4.Steam: Steam for 30-35 mins.
5.Tomato Sauce: Sauté 1 chopped onion, garlic, 2 cups tomatoes, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp turmeric, and salt for 10-15 mins
6.Yoghurt Sauce: Mix 1 cup yoghurt with garlic, salt, and mint
7.Serve: Top mantos with tomato sauce, yoghurt, and garnish with coriander.
