Old-fashioned rice-free bibimbap 1๏ธโƒฃ Prepare ingredients: eggs, tofu, luncheon meat, chopped green onion, coriander, millet pepper, garlic, and Guduweiduo rice bran oil. 2๏ธโƒฃ Method: Blanch the old tofu to remove the beany smell, crush the tofu in a bowl, add a little Guduweiduo rice bran oil, fry the soft-boiled egg and luncheon meat. 3๏ธโƒฃ Sauce: Mince the garlic, chopped green onion, and millet pepper and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, pour it over the prepared minced ingredients, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, a small half tablespoon of sugar, and white sesame seeds and stir evenly, then pour it on the tofu.

Broccoli + egg + shrimp is really delicious to the extreme!! The broccoli drizzled with the sauce is refreshing and appetizing, and the eggs and shrimp are delicious and flavorful. I still want to have a basin!! Sauce: In the bowl, minced garlic + chili powder + white sesame seeds are drizzled with a little hot oil, and then add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar + 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and mix evenly!
