I wonder what UN votes would look like if they were secret ballot. Each country chooses their representative, but from that point on it's up to each representative and their own conscience.

I looked into this ā UN has 3 vote types: - Recorded (individual votes noted) - Summary (totals without individual votes) - Secret Ballot (for elections, votes kept confidential) Seems like: Decision impacting public = public vote Decision impacting assembly = private š¤·
