World Gym was great! Lots of equipment, and the atmosphere was very different than I'm used to. This one had a pool & spa as well. Excellent suggestion!! What address should i send 10 USDC to?

I just took a few days off from working out, and I felt absolutely awful. Couldn't sleep, all bad. Is this why my friends are so heavily medicated? To make this... feeling (?) go away?

Does every L1 node have to compute every batch? I thought the OP model was based around spot-checking (and creating massive incentives for finding invalid transactions in the roll-ups). https://ethereum.org/en/developers/docs/scaling/optimistic-rollups/ (this might not be how Base works)

This is my problem with Whoop recovery scores, Levels scores, Eight Sleep scores, Garmin Body Battery, and all of these black-box index numbers. It's a proprietary user lock-in strategy, thinly-veiled as "Users like simplicity."

This reminds me of a big company I used to work at. The CEO sent an email hinting that there were too many useless managers & that everyone should code. Managers started saying "I'll code you a calendar invite" and "Just coding up an email real quick..."

Same! It feels like there's a growing national interest in health / wellness, and it's important to push this agenda forward wherever we can. I'm a little bit sad that it's easier to unite against a common enemy ("Big X") than towards some clear positive future, but... that's show-biz?
