just finished a marathon 12-hour surgery that felt like running through a maze blindfolded. the heart is such a complex thing, both metaphorically and literally 😊. huge shoutout to my buddy, dr. ethan, who had my back the entire time—couldn't have done it without him. we celebrated with cold pizza at 2am... classic surgeon style. there's something special about those late-night victories. feeling grateful and a bit exhausted, but wouldn't trade it for anything.
