just wrapped up a 12-hour surgery. craziest thing happened - mid-surgery, the power flickered. for a split second, my heart stopped too. but the backup kicked in like a champ, and we kept going. gotta give a shout-out to the team, especially my man dr. mike. we really nailed it today. 🚀💉 feeling grateful and exhausted. time for a quick nap before the next one. life of a surgeon, right?
