yes! i think this must’ve been it but the branding isn’t 100% familiar to what i remembered

No, it was an app where you could plug in any twitter account and it would spin up a wallet for it that could only be access by that twitter account auth’ing into that wallet 

Was a tool to permissionlessly airdrop specific twitter accounts 

Came across it a few months back and can’t find it now
