the latter is far easier – declarative and direct, zero eye hand coordination or ui to understand

simple stand outs are commands with Siri:
“30m timer”
“weather.”
“navigate to McDonald’s on 3rd”
“5am alarm”

very efficient commands compared to even opening optimized apps, but speech to text has to be very accurate and historically it’s been spotty, the last couple years there’s been a step change.

(I don’t mention chatgpt voice here cuz it feels less ux and more like a new unlock in natural conversation, I am using it about 5-35m a day tho for last 6mo)

chatgpt for me except it also is Not Good
(it usually doesn't actually say its first response - does anyone else get that? gets a few words in and then starts saying something else which also gets cut off)
