Every launched rollup increases the surface area for experimentation and grows the pie for the Ethereum ecosystem. What is needed will be decided by the market, as it should.

Another way to look at it is kinda owning the full stack - app + infra

As just app based revenue might have reached saturation ( with not a lot of new retail influx)

This has always been true throughout history, across different eras and periods.
