The social project Skate Transforma Vidas uses skateboarding as a tool for inclusion, development, and social transformation, providing access to the sport, training, and community empowerment in vulnerable areas. Additionally, it works in the socio-educational field, promoting values such as discipline, respect, perseverance, and cooperation, contributing to the civic development of children and adolescents while inspiring positive changes in their lives and communities.

We presented the documentary Uganda Connection at Casa Esperança in Itapetininga for teenagers in socio-educational programs. It was impossible to hold back the emotion as we witnessed their connection with Uganda’s inspiring message. We showed how, even in the face of challenges, they turn small opportunities into something extraordinary 🫶🏼🇺🇬 – a lesson for all of us to make the most of the chances we have. 🌍🛹 ⌐◨-◨ @renancinematic @gnars @isaachuston @skateboard @davinoyesigye

At the event in Guareí, we screened the documentary Uganda Connection, which powerfully showcases our transformative experience in Uganda. The film highlights how skateboarding serves as a tool for inclusion and social change, bridging cultures and creating positive impact. We thank everyone who supported this project, especially Gnars, Skate Transforma Vidas, and my brother @renancinematic for his outstanding recording and editing. This moment underscores skateboarding’s ability to transform lives and inspire meaningful action.
