Because I don't think such a thing exists and the concept participates in creating a positive feeling towards real dictators. 
Poutine and Kim Jong Un want exactly this : their dictatorship to be seen as useful and benevolent. 
Personally I don't want to promote dictatorship 😅

I know but I think some use that meme here because they actually believe in hypercentralization of power. Not all of them for sure, and I'm not blaming you 🤝
