The Texas Senate has passed Senate Bill No. 21, which would establish a state-level Bitcoin reserve. This reserve would hold BTC and other cryptocurrency with a market capitalization of at least US$500 billion. It would be eligible for state budget appropriations and overseen by a newly formed advisory committee responsible for supervising and guiding its development. Everyone must abandon the consistent mindset from childhood to adulthood, which is "stability and correctness." From a young age, we’ve all been taught to aim for a stable job, and the best path is called "solving problems"—these problems often have correct answers, meaning that as long as you follow a pre-designed path and work harder and more correctly than others, you can secure a stable and respectable future.
