I avoid dairy products and spicy foods because they increase phlegm 😧

Last night, my friends and I hiked up to the mysterious flames of Chimaera in Turkey. It was a surreal experience — climbing under the stars, surrounded by nature, and then suddenly seeing fire bursting straight out of the rocks! A mix of myth, science, and adventure. Definitely one for the books! 🔥🌌🇹🇷
