they could anyway (download and mint) but we're experimenting with making the most convenient way to do so, one where you get paid. the reasoning is that, as a creator, when you create something of value, you should "mint first, then distribute." you might post and then think, damn i should mint that, and now you can!

Copyright still applies ā as do the remedies. If the media is not cc0 or similar, I wouldnāt recommend doing this. Slippery legal slope.

gotcha so how about this as our first iteration? 1. Anyone can use /sendit action 2. Then @bendit replies with frame 3. Only original caster can deploy yet to read any discussion that's happened in the past 9 hours while sleeping. guessing it's a bit controversial a solution to "where's the mint button?" perhaps

essentially, we want to streamline the process of bringing media onchain. so collectors paying the gas for artists and helping validate their ideas. we can leverage zora's "premint" feature, which essentially queues media for deployment, and "first minter" pays gas to deploy. ie. Every media cast = premint (opt-in)

I think this might work but may run into an issue w/someone casting an image not their own. But overall this is better option imo And GM lol
