The new L3. I assumed it was n L2. But was wrong. Also wondering what the purpose of having an L3 is?

I'm actually not certain what the L3 is for yet. I haven't had the time to read up on it but I'm assuming it's for more control over use cases and lower tx costs. I haven't bridges yet but my friend did and also had issues with bridging. First tx didn't show, second did 🤷🏼

Still waiting on the 4k degen to arrive. Talked with support, they said there was a large log of unprocessed txns and it should be resolved by tonight.
