Todayโ€™s lunch: chicken and egg salad open faced sandwiches :) I had some leftovers in the fridge that I wanted to use up, so I combined them into this tangy hearty sandwich. I think 1 tsp of minced red onion would also be a great addition! Chicken and egg salad 1/4 cup shredded chicken 2 hard boiled eggs 1 tbsp diced cornichons 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp dried dill 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes Salt and pepper to taste

This looks very healthy, I feel like you are on calorie deficit not on purpose but by cooking Whole Foods like this. Also I canโ€™t imagine you eating burger or hotdog or any junk food ๐Ÿฅน

I love sweets, burgers, and hot dogs too! โ˜บ๏ธ When cooking at home I focus on getting as much dietary fiber per day as possible, so lots of veggies, legumes, and whole grains ๐Ÿ’œ
