What is something that you’ve found you can do to reliably slip into a flow state? In particular, a flow state *of work*. Two examples could be drinking a morning coffee or packing a zyn but I am much more interested in answers that do not involve substances. A good one for me is turning on a 60 min pomodoro time

Evening with no obligations, already have my workout out of the way and I can just be with my laptop on the couch (I feel like I can do emails/calls at my desk but can only do deep work on my couch/other random areas)

That’s interesting. I’ve become pretty monitor dependent but might like to carve out specific things that may be better done in a comfortable seat (like on couch) on just laptop.
