Increasingly of the opinion (maybe a hot take) that all most apps (NFTs too) should be *upgradeable* by default. Less about the intrinsic benefit of upgrading. More about the practice of separating state from logic, and reasoning about storage. Anchor in Solana is pretty good in this respect.

What do teams use for internal docs / wiki? There always seem to be a fragmentation problem in most teams - relying on a combination of docs in a repository, Google Docs / Word, project management tool, etc. (Besides Confluence)
