Until a few years ago I’d have been absolutely in the just remember it camp. I was the person everyone would ask about what they forgot. I never HAD TO write anything down. I’d just go through tasks in my head and do them. And then my kid took my memory somehow 🙈 now I just have to write things down 🥺
