for the past 4 years i've been building apps and websites, none of them have made more than $1000

this is the first time i'm seeing all my hard work come to fruition

good question, so i went to a few ugc content agencies

they quoted me $80 a video for 15 videos a week ($4800/mo) and showed me the videos they make for their clients and immediately knew i could automate all of those videos for less than $0.25 per video, which is the current video format you see on reelfarm

it also made me resonate with what a lot of my original customers who were saying they were using reelfarm to make content for their businesses (even though that wasnt the problem i was trying to solve)

the main "aha" moment happened when i realized my customers probably have no idea how to make content + i realized i could automate a specific video format that people pay $60-80 for and charge less than $1

Was there a big aha moment that led to the current product?

i wouldve done nothing differently, i worked my ass off

yeah farcaster studio was a hobby thing, i had a job during that time

and money was never clear, i was initially planning on automating content to youtube myself as a form of passive income (through adsense) but some people asked me why im not making it a saas

Nice. When you switched to YouTube a few months ago was clear it had potential to make money.
