each customer type has different needs/uses video formats, which is a little frustrating not knowing which i should work on

ive been working on 2 new video formats for the 2nd customer type, hopefully it'll pay off

What I'd do is create a community around people looking to grow their SM on reddit usign AI and then sell it to them. 

look into characterAI and couple of other viral tools they do it the same
