Some time ago i Was talking to @macbudkowski on note taking apps & thought of a list of productivity tools I use & find valuable in my everyday work as a strategist / researcher / analyst - mostly Mac apps that are a great aid and a time saver. The list is now live on my blog & @kiwi! Feel free to send me additions!

Super valuable thanks! Do you know of advanced PDF readers that allow for easy referencing of highlighted areas? Preview provides highlighting, but the only way to revisit them is by scrolling through the entire text, which can be time consuming and disorientating with books.

interesting case, was never in a need of a function you mentioned (does NitroPDF on the list has it?).do you need a stand-alone reader? Also I know that Raindrop has some PDF functions but as a part of their ecosystem (like If i look for sth in my database sentences in PDFs also pop up). Maybe this may be the answer?
