Probably not — everyone would ignore the nft and continue speculating on the meme coin Meme coins win bc many people share the upside — I think it’s what fueled 10k pfp and why single nft drops rarely do well This whole meta isn’t about ownership (for most people) it’s about speculating on trends and you need the crowd to be able to participate

my point was more on the legal aspect of it. If NFTs prove ownership, then the shitcoin couldn’t be launched as it’s someone else’s IP
