Drove an electric car for the first time on vacation last week. I didn’t like it. Taking your foot off the gas is basically the same as hitting the brake. I’d get used to it if I owned one, but it was an unexpected experience.

Once you get used to it this becomes a great feature and going back to a regular car feels weird. The key is to not take your foot entirely off the pedal but to slowly ween off the accelerator which slows the car
