FOMO has always been my problem So there was a sell I’ve been expecting for the past month on this instrument b300 and it’s meant help change my account structure, so I was hell bent on getting in and every single time the market shows me a slight sell movement, I go all in and forget my rules always running on expectations

It was an AMD (accumulation manipulation distribution) I was waiting for it to distribute on the weekly and daily TF and it still had some manipulations in it which always and when I say always it always killed me, whenever I saw a slight look of sell I get nervous not wanting to miss it, which I always do in the end because the margin to get in is always huge and it stops me out before movement….ill drop more of that of charts below
